Change the user type for the Admin user to 'simple' for the HSQLDB/Jetty packagings

The current user type for the default Administrator is 'advanced'.

The problem is that lots of users start testing XWiki using the default Admin user and the interface might be too complicated for me.

The advanced user type (just like the hidden pages functionality) is intended more for developer users that need to access the multiple editor modes.

We could improve the first time experience, by changing the user type.
