Rights management UI settings issue

When you set rights, very frequently the rights are not set correctly. For example when you navigate away and come back to the rights page, you see that your settings have not all been taken into account. Sometime, an "allow" is also transformed into a "deny".

This is critical and prevents the 1.2RC2 release.
