Radio Buttons "Users" and "Groups" in Rights Management (General, Space, ...) don't refresh User-/Group-List immediately

    Description

      Open "Administration" via top-right link on page. Select "Global Rights". Click on the not selected button "Users".
      -> The radio button is selected and the Group-List is still present.
      Click on the button "Groups"
      -> The radio button "Groups" is selected and the User-List appears.

      You may click on "Users" and do an other mouse click somewhere in the screen
      -> the User-List appears with the mouse click.

      If you know you have to click "somewhere" to let the right list appear - no problem. But it's irritating.
