Remove all orphaned pages by setting their parents

    Description

      The need for this: this page should list all orphaned pages created by the user. The default wiki shouldn't have any orphaned pages.

      We do have an automated test to ensure we don't have orphaned pages. However it cannot test for pages that are created dynamically by plugins. In addition it seems user profile documents are created orphaned which they should not IMO.
