Add a Photo link on the Recent Members page goes to a misleading page

When going to the Recent Members page in the default wiki, a link entitled Add a Photo appears above a link to Mr Admin's profie. The user interface here is not very intuitive, it would be better to display a default avatar with a question mark or something. Clicking on Add a Photo leads to the Attachments tab on Mr. Admin's profile with no explanation. It would be better to open a <div> directly in the Recent Members page and do an AJAX type asynchronous uploading. But just a plain browse button would be an improvement. Another option is to add instructions on the Profile Attachment tab page.
