Redirect to xwiki in ROOT web app

A common mistake for users that wish to try out XWiki Enterprise is to hit http://localhost:8080 instead of the url to the XWiki home page resulting in a 404 error that can be rattling if it is your first experience with the product. It would be better if hitting that url would redirect the user to the home page of the xwiki application. See attached screenshot for an example of output.
