Bad topic page when specifying blog post title

    Description

      When creating a post with the title "Tip #1: Get a plugin's Project object", it creates a topic called "Tip"...

      At the least i would have preferred a topic of Tip1GetAPluginsProjectObject. At the best, I would like another field so that I can choose the title I want...
