Automatise the method to change logo

    Description

      Hi everyone,

      With Xwiki version 1.8, in order to change logo, we have to follow the method described here : http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/AdminGuide/Skins#HChangingthelogofortheAlbatross2FToucanskins.

      It will be nice to have in the General category, of the administration, to have something asking us to select an image in order to have it as new logo.
