Automatise the backup

Hi everyone,

In order to improve the security on Xwiki, I'll be nice to have ,on the Administration Application, something allowing us to program the moment when we want to have a xwiki backup (if we want to have a backup of xwiki, for example, every month, every monday, every year...).
