          Done in rev. 20291

          Patch applied with fixes and improvements:

          • fixed wrongly displayed attachment result
          • included new pagination
          • velocity and css code cleanup, improvements and optimizations
          • JavaScript for hiding the default text in the search box
          • make the Lucene search aware of the pagination request parameters, and auto-correct the index of the first item to correspond to the displayed page.
