Livetable cannot display TextArea properties of documents in syntax 2.0

      $escapetool.javascript escapes the parameters of the html macro returned by $doc.display on textareas of documents in syntax 2.0.

      The solution could be to manually render the textareas, instead of having the page rendering doing that.
