Broken layout of User Profile Page on IE

    Description

      Steps to reproduce :

      -Login
      -Go to your user profile page using IE7 or IE6
      -edit it

      on IE6 you will see that fields are short.
      on IE7 you will see that WYSIWYG is broken.

      -you will see WYSIWYG instances are a little bit broken.
