BreadcrumbsTest#testBreadcrumbs() flickers.

The problem here is the test relies on an inherently unstable methods of setting a permission by clicking on the users section then clicking on the js checkbox and waiting for it to change. I suspect the root of the problem is a livetable sending a signal before has completed changing from groups to users but the general problem is excessive complexity of something which is not explicitly to be proven by the test.
