Synchronization feature should ask the user what to sync

Right now when I reconnect my changes are sent to the server without my knowing what's sent or whether I want to send the changes or not.

For example, if I'm working on a draft of some page and I reconnect it'll be synced even if I don't want this to happen (since it's not finished for example).

We should have a dialog box open listing all local changes and checkboxes to let me choose what I want to sync.
