Add option to delete all pages at once on multiple page delete

Multiple page delete currently asks confirmation for deleting each page one by one. When there are several pages to delete it's a bit lenghty. A "delete all" button in the confirmation dialog box would be better IMO.

Or maybe the confirmation box should list all pages and offer to confirm or cancel for all at once.
