Can't connect to (sub) wiki

I want to connect to either
https://studium.xarif.de/xwiki/rest [subwiki] or
https://xwiki.xarif.de/xwiki/rest [main wiki],

but nothing happens in xeclipse. Inside the workspace a folder with the project name will be created but left empty.
