scripting problem in xwiki-enterprise-manager-wiki-administrator-1.6.xar

I've tried installing XEM 1.6 on two different machines and on one i've also used the stand alone installation, importing the xwiki-enterprise-manager-wiki-administrator-1.6.xar works, but seems to contain a problem with scripting.

Any calls to $xwiki.jsfx.use are printed on screen rather than executed:

$xwiki.jsfx.use("js/scriptaculous/scriptaculous.js")

Any suggestions as to how to fix this in a configuration somewhere?

I'll try to see whether this still persists in the latest development snapshot ...
