Modify XEM distribution to become a Workspace distribution

Based on the mailing-list thread http://xwiki.markmail.org/thread/qrslkpum3tgzyxg5 the main idea is to integrate workspaces into XEM and to change the Main.WebHome to reflect a workspace oriented distribution rather than a farm oriented one.
