Workspace menu from a old style subwiki is not properly integrated

Steps to reproduce:

• create a XEM
• install Workspacetemplate
• from the Main wiki, go to XemManager.Install and install the application (this also will install templatexe)
• create a subwiki using the templatexe template (old style subwiki)
• go to the subwiki and see the top Main menu. The workspace related option are not properly displayed. Also t he option from the Add menu is affected

This is normal in a way, since tempatexe or xwiki-enterprise-ui-all does not know about the workspace feature
