Make the team creation consistent with creating an expense type

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new expense type
2. Create a new team

Notice that when creating a team, you should make a new entry and then write your team name and when creating a new expense type you have just an input and a submit button. We could make them the same, in order to keep consistency.
