When editing the favorites from the favorites panel or menu on a subwiki where the application is not installed, references are displayed instead of titles

How to reproduce:

• on a multiwiki environment, create a subwiki with global users
• install the favorites application only on the main wiki (as described in XFAV-7)
• for the subwiki, setup the FavoritesPanel to display on the right, by using absolute reference to the panel
  • set it up for the main wiki as well
• add a page from the main wiki and a page from the subwiki as favorites, using the panel
• in the subwiki, in the panel, click on "Manage my favorites"

Actual result:
In the selector in the popup, the pages are displayed with their references instead of the display titles.

On the main wiki their titles are displayed:

Expected result:
The titles of the pages should be displayed in the popup, both on main wiki and on subwiki.
