Add possibility to list other wiki page on manage favorite picker

On the user profile page, on the "My Favorites", we can click on "Manage Favorites".

On this popup we can add/remove some pages. The issue here is that we can't add other wiki pages, even if we can do it in a other way (by example by adding it with the "Other action" menu).

We should improve the picker to also list other wiki pages.
