Manage favorites button on user profile page sometime don't work

In some cases the "Manage Favorites" button on the user profile page don't work.

Set to reproduce:

1. Login with a standard user with without any advanced rights
2. Go on user profile page
3. Go on "My Favorites" section
4. Click on "Manage Favorites"

Expected:

The popup to edit the favorite should be opened, we should be able to edit the list and save it.

Currently:

Nothing open.
