Move GA tracking code from XWiki Platform

    Description

      Since XWiki 14.9, the GA tracking code was inside XWiki Platform. It was then decided to move it out into this contrib extension, see https://forum.xwiki.org/t/move-google-analytics-to-a-contrib-extension/11379

      Main rationale was that it's not a core feature and not every XWiki user needs it.
