Macro parameters to support a graph of open issues in the last N days

The goal is to display a graph for a certain fitler showing a line which displays the open issues in the last N days. It would start with the number of issues N days ago and then add or remove issues based on the issue being open or closed on the next day. The line would end at the number of open issues today.
