Removing an object from a document upon update from git does not work

To reproduce:

• a page on the wiki has an object of a certain type
• on the git repo the object is removed from the document
• update the document on the wiki from the git repo

Expected result:

• the object is removed from the document on the wiki

Actual result:

• the object is not removed from the document on the wiki
