Auto restart of SOLR on solr.myxwiki.org

    Description

      Would be nice to have a cron that check when SOLR is dead and restart it.

      I guess checking the answer to http://solr.myxwiki.org/solr/ is enough to know if it's OK or not. There is a crappy start/stop initd script on /etc/init.d/solr.
