Default Language: Czech - breaks Class Editor

Steps to reproduce:

• fresh install (Fedora, Postgresql, Tomcat in my case)
• give user Admin rights and show Special Pages
• go to Administration - Configuration - Localization
• change Default Language to Czech, change Localization Pack to cs
• go to Class Editor on any page - it is broken

Problem description:
When you click in the input field to add a Attribute/Property or the dropdown to select Type the page immediately refreshes back to display view. It is impossible to add/edit class Attribute/Property on a page.

e.g. this page http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/edit/Sandbox/WebHome?editor=class redirects to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Sandbox/ as soon as I click the input box or the dropdown list or anything else.

When you change back to English or any other language - problem fixed.
