language codes does not map Java locales

    Description

      The list of languages provided by Weblate does not map the Java locales code, so we need to amend that list to get an exact mapping between the languages in Weblate and the Java locales.
      An issue has been opened on Weblate side, but we might need to do it manually before it's available: https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/issues/2980
