Update backward compatibility version does not clean up commons revapi ignores

XWiki Commons revapi ignores are located in xwiki-commons/xwiki-commons-core/pom.xml file while the compatibility version value is located in xwiki-commons/pom.xml. The update backward compatibility version only check the latter pom to perform all updates so the revapi ignores are currently never clean on commons.
