Translation computation release script should use l10n REST API

    Description

      Right now our script for computing translations change during a release relies on a list of components to find where the translations file lies.
      We could simplify the management of translations components by directly computing that information from the REST API of l10n. We can easily compute the component just by requesting them, with that kind of URL: https://l10n.xwiki.org/api/projects/xwiki-rendering/components/?format=json.
