Add notification or section for updated text

If you look at old translations, for instance, French. There'll be strings that are longer than the original string (English) or have different configuration syntax (ex. starting with symbols #, <>, etc.). This results from modifications of origins after some new features or apps were developed. Due to that, the XWiki with (these old) translations might need to be clarified. 
Adding a new section on "String status" will display strings with the updated original text or create a history tab (window) with further notification about the changed origin.
