Regenerate community.develocity.cloud access key

community.develocity.cloud access key is going to expire on Wednesday, 23 Jun 2027, 14:24 (UTC +2:00)

Procedure: Generate a new key from https://community.develocity.cloud/settings/access-keys using the xwiki-ci account, and update the CI following https://docs.gradle.com/develocity/maven-extension/current/#via_file (i.e., make sure that each CI agent get the correct value)
