Force a specific Publish Mode for the impress_html_Export filter in order to have a predictable conversion

The default Publish Mode is normally 0 (Standard HTML format) but some versions of LibreOffice / OpenOffice use a different default which makes the conversion unpredictable. The conversion output is quite different depending on the Publish Mode so a change in this regard can break the code that performs the conversion and which handles the output.
