Add possibility to specify network proxy for mail servers connection

    Description

      It would be useful to provide user possibility to specify a SOCKS proxy to use to connect to remote mail servers.
      It should be possible to provide this configuration globally for the mail archive, for example in Administration UI page, in a specific tab or in Global Parameters or Advanced Features tab.

      It should also be possible to provide this configuration at server level (and so be able to provide different configuration for different servers), though it's not possible due to
