Replace POJOs managed by mail archive components by real xwiki components

Instead of having several classes, with needed xwiki components (query manager,...) injected by mail and mail api components through constructors, replace with real xwiki components, injections and life-cycle managed by xwiki framework.
This should also improve testability and readability.
