Improve display of text/plain email body in wiki pages

Currently text/plain email content is displayed in wiki pages using code macro, in order to avoid any rendering/transformation from xwiki.

This display could be improved by using a specific new parser and/or renderer, that would ONLY take into account the following, and print all other as plain text:

• urls --> clickable urls
• emoticons
• quotes ("> " at line start)
