Add option to hide/show private email addresses

Add possibility from admin to hide or show emails (from mail archive screens) to unregistered users, for example to avoid robots retrieving personal emails ...
It could also be possible to completely hide emails and authorize only to send emails (from a reply), without showing entire email address.
Emails from registered mailing-lists should not be hidden as they are public anyway.
