Repair the timeline view

Repairing the time line means:

• adding an option for switching between a local Simile timeline (copied by user to server filesystem) or the online Simile timeline JS scripts and images
• having the timeline widget show up in the page ...
• generate timeline data from updated Mail Archive class model
• use new Mail Archive configuration to automaticall assign icons and colors to instant and duration events in the timeline
