Many UIs do not manage properly "mail type" multi-valued field

The field "type" from MailArchiveCode.MailClass and MailArchiveCode.MailTopicClass was changed from plain string, to multi-value, with values defined by objects from MailArchiveCode.TypesSettingsClass.

Many UIs (stats, mail page, ...) were not updated to manage multiple values, usually failing to show because of bad queries to database.
