After you subscribed to some newsletter, the button "Subscribe to newsletters" remains unchanged

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to your Profile
2. Go to the "My subscriptions" section
3. Subscribe to some newsletters

Even you are subscribed to newsletters, the button "Subscribe to newsletters" remains unchanged and the newsletters selected. I think that the correct action of the button after you subscribed to those newsletter is "Unsubscribe from newsletters".
