Create a XWiki Connectivity project. Move filtering from XWikiLib.

The new project will contain the XWiki Clients and models for connecting to and XWiki Server. It will be added to the Add-ins solution. The current clients and associated models will be moved from XWikiLib which is too generic and contains unrelated shared elements.
