Improve Word starting time by loading the wiki data in the background

When Word starts, XWord connects the several servers to grab data.
The two servers are:

• The click OnceDeployment server. To check for updates, and get the latest assemblies
• The latest used XWiki server - to get the wiki info.
  The second one is very slow and in the case of a very big wiki can slow down Word.
