Creating a new page without selecting a space in the wiki explorer

Right now, when clicking on the "Add Page" button while no space is selected, the following message pops up: "You need to select a space in the wiki explorer."

However, there's no reason why one shouldn't be able to create a new page right away, without first selecting a space.

Thus the "Add a new page to the wiki" dialog box could open with "Existing Space" selected and the select menu open on the "Main" space even when no space is selected in the navigation pane.
