XOffice always adds /xwiki/ to ServerURL

    Description

      XOffice plugin always use /xwiki/ as an application context name.

      Error is in the \Connectivity\XWikiURLs.cs , lines 36-42 - all the static String's starts with /xwiki/

      Same in \Connectivity\Clients\XWikiXMLRPCClientExtension.cs and \Connectivity\Clients\XWikiXMLRPCClient.cs

      Please, change field name in config dialog to 'wiki url' and remove hardcoded context name from strings!
