Remove all office attributes from full html output

After removing tidy from the cleaning process the office attributes are not removed any more. All attributes that are in the 'o', 'w', "m' and 'v' namespaces must be removed.
The filter implementation must take into account the fact that many of these attributes will be reused in future versions. The filter should be placed closer to the end of the filtering queue.
