Add "Publish" and "Add page" buttons to the Quick Access Toolbar

    Description

      Currently the user needs to click the "XWord" tab every time he needs to add or save a new page.
      The user can add the most used buttons to the QAT by right clicking the button and selecting "Add to Quick Access Toolbar". However this is not that intuitive.
      We should have at least the Add and Publish buttons in the QAT by default.
