Synchronize the Wiki Explorer's treeview on Word instances.

    Description

      When editing multiple documents the tree view is not syncronized with the other Word instances.
      The content of the tree view should always be the same on every instance.

      Note: The selection, collapsed and expanded nodes behaviour is to be discussed in the future.
