Unable to change the order of a Collection on Chrome unless you hit Ctrl-F5

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Collections.WebHome, type in a name and click Create
2. Type in a title, description and select the pages you want in your collection
3. Save the page
4. Go to Collections.WebHome and click Order for your previously added collection
5. Try to drag and drop pages -> it doesn't work
6. Hit Ctrl-F5
7. Try again to drag and drop pages -> now it works

On Firefox it works from the first try.
