Wrong characters in non-ascii emails

The wrong charset used if the XWiki encoding is not the same as the system encoding. By default, the javamail API uses the system encoding to represent messages, which means that a UTF-8 wiki instance on a ISO-8859-1 system will replace all non-ascii chars with question marks.

We should specify the wiki encoding (or force UTF-8) when setting the mail content.
